Holiday rental management in Paris

James is our Property Manager in Paris and the nearby cities of the capital. Born in the United States, he studied public health. However, while working in a non-profit in the health sector, he discovered his passion for graphic design and marketing. With this organization, he created their marketing materials and websites. He then moved to Paris and joined an international advertising agency, working with many well-known brands such as Nestle and Renault.

In 2021, after more than 20 years in design, he decided to become a real estate agent and join Leggett International Real Estate. He found that his international clients buying in Paris are in need of conciergerie and rental services, so he became a Property Manager to offer these services and to complement his offerings.

With his background in design, one of James’ strengths as a Property Manager is in how to present his client’s properties in an increasingly competitive market, especially in Paris. He will look for ways to make the properties stand-out. In addition to his creative side, he is methodical and organized, which are attributes necessary to take care of the property and people’s needs.
